WNSL Coaching Academy
The TeamCord Coaching Academy is an interactive leadership experience that helps youth coaches lead beyond the Xs and Os.
Coaches will explore their natural coaching style, build a clear team vision, strengthen communication with players and parents, and create practical standards for the season.
Each participant leaves with a personalized coaching profile, a Coaches Playbook, and tools they can use immediately to build a positive, consistent, and connected team culture.
Perfect for first-time and experienced coaches who want to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Note: This session is for West Nashville Sports League coaches only. If you would like to bring a coaching academy to your league, please email start@teamcord.org and we’d be happy to set something up!
